The operating system for Australian buildings
We build the platform that holds a residential building together — the lots, the money, the assets, the contractors and the people. One portal per building, under your brand.
One desk. Total control.
TowerDesk is an Australian software company building the operating system for residential buildings. We started from a simple observation: the people who actually run a building — strata managers, building managers, concierge staff and volunteer committee members — were doing it across a spreadsheet, an accounting package, a shared inbox, a WhatsApp group and a filing cabinet. Nothing joined up, and the residents felt it.
So we built one platform that holds the whole building: the lots and the people in them, the money, the assets, the contractors, the compliance obligations and every conversation about all of it. One branded portal per building, one login for the agency, and a complete record that survives a change of manager.
What we believe
Everything, included
No module tiers, no feature gates and no per-seat squeeze. Every building gets all 75+ modules at every size, because a 12-lot building has the same legal obligations as a 200-lot one.
Residents see your brand
We are infrastructure, not a consumer app. Every portal carries the agency's branding and the building's own identity. Our name does not need to be on it.
Australian, deliberately
Australian-owned, Australian-hosted and built against Australian strata law — NSW schemes, Victorian owners corporations and Queensland bodies corporate, each with the right terminology and the right tribunal.
The record is the product
Audit trails, service histories and decision records are not a feature. They are the thing that makes a building defensible when something goes wrong three years later.
Built by operators
TowerDesk comes out of hands-on building and systems work, not a product workshop. If a workflow feels like it was designed by someone who has never chased a contractor's certificate of currency, tell us.
Plain language
Residents are not users and committees are not administrators. The interface says what things are, in the words the building already uses.
The group
TowerDesk has a sister company, AVDesk, which does the same job for audio visual and control systems estates — device registers, live monitoring, remote control and SLA-backed support across every site. The two platforms share an engineering philosophy and a lot of hard-won detail about managing physical equipment at scale.
